Method Partial in a bathtub?

I might be onto something here. I heard that you can block the carotids and pass out... What if you did that, maybe even used a rope or tape or whatever just to block the carotids until you passout in a bathtub and then just be blacked out while you drown?

Sounds like it would work to me. NN sounds most possible to combine because you would be closer to the ground already, but PSH would be able to combine with this too.

Very likely you would still awaken once drowning kicked in……unless you sedated with something else as well.
