B is more comfortable and in control for me personally. I think it's just down to personal preference. It's the position I tried in hospital last, managed to fade out but obv no luck so idk what I did wrong

I don't want to forcefully stop myself from standing up, it's easy to have very unpleasant feelings which I want to avoid. When done right there's no urge to get out of it

Sometimes people stand up after passing out, so this would seem to favor a, where this wouldn't help.

A former prison guard who posted here saw several prisoners who ctb'd this way, but he tried to copy them 25 times and couodn't get it work. It is very tough to tell why partial fails so often but sometimes works. He copied their know position and everything about it but it still wouldn't work. Maybe people in prison are sometimes more determined to leave.

Hanging uses the line to convert body weight into pressure on the neck to block blood supply to the brain. More body weight on the floor means less pressure on the neck. A lighter person probably needs a higher position to give enough pressure. When dying there will be seizure which might change body position and loosen the knot. Lighter weight might not block blood supply completely. It might take longer, remain conscious, or even won't work, because there will more time to be discovered and rescued. Becoming unconscious in seconds is probably not too difficult, but it will take much longer, say 15-30 mins, to become dead for sure.

Fuck, being sick made me lose weight, I need it to hang... i'll suffer longer... Aw seizures... i hope i won't need a full suspention...

If I post the whole thing do you want it or the link by Martin he did in sitting with legs forward and said about the d method he said he would personally choose lying down postion. there is a lot that goes into it I think ctb can be achieved but using soap and lying down increases the girth of neck which results in tighter ligature. So he invited us at the end of the post but he isn't noone if there is a way try to search for it head on to ash.io.groups and filter out searches, search for Martin ven you could find the pdf at the end I hope. He asked us to carry out experiments which are lethal as if it goes right he mentioned you feel so weak and can't even get out of the position because it's peaceful but experimenting is needed this is what he said. It's a long post which gives info about everything I hope you find it if not I don't know if I can DM since I recently got approved but if there is a way. I hope you get the help whatever your decision is.
