Hey guys.
I noticed things in my test runs in partially hangging myself. This might prove useful to others who are also planning to go this route. It may already be posted but i may as well post this just in case
1. I can still breathe. It's not suffocating when i place the chord above my adam's apple.
2. The feeling of light headedness is almost instant. Even at my first test i almost passed out and could have passed away there and then. The blood being stopped plus the blood that's already stuck in my head may deprive me of oxiganted blood going to the brain or that's my take of it
3. It gave me an almost zen like peace. Multiple practices may have made me almost like a drunkard after happy hour.
4. These effects may not occur on everybody. Remember, each of us are different. You may suffer different effects because of health issues or other factors. This is only used if you yourself want this. This is a warning and a precaution
