Discussion Partial by door knob

I'm using a belt and neck ties to do this but I have not been able to passout when attempting, I have put my weight into it but I can't figure what I am doing wrong. The ties are above my Adam's apple and the knot behind my head. Anyone have advice?

Hanging via doorknob somehow seems like one of those things reserved for celebrities and the wealthy. I feel like those are the only two groups of people I ever hear about having success with it.

I'm going to try hanging it over a door, i feel like that will work better
