Discussion Parcel tape suicide

I'm in psych ward and can't take much more. I have parcel tape and maybe a plastic bag. How bad is this method? How long does it take?

It's bad. Try to hold your breath as long as you can and then some more. It's like that but you can't breathe at all when your body absolutely demands to get rid of carbon dioxide. You will panic and rip the tape off while running in the walls.

I guess if the tape is wrapped well enough is it possible to rip it off? What about if it is also over a plastic bag?
It takes 3 mins to pass out apparently
