Paranoia is scary and depressing amongst other challenges. I think it depends on the level.of paranoia. I often have to tell myself that I am safe now and no one is going to attack me or harm me as I can get paranoid about being raped and abused.
But for some, the levels are much higher and might need treatment including medication. Have you spoken to a doctor?
