I took 14 750mg paracetamol pills while binge drinking and fasting but then I read about it and I think is too painful and slow method so I stopped. So far it has been 30 hours and I felt a little headache and left abdomen pain but now I'm feeling good. I haven't felt any nausea. I heard the effects are after 48 hours so I'm wondering what to do. I want to die but I feel like it's too late to take more and it's better not use this method anymore. But I'm scared it can cause liver damage and make my life more miserable than it already is, in this case it's better to finish the job.
What are the chances of feeling bad later but survive with sequels? If I take more pills at this point will it still be effective?
Thanks for any help

Probably many other people on here can answer this better than me.. but be careful. Paracetamol is an unpleasant drug to overdose on. Serious liver damage is likely which shows no symptoms until it's advanced. I think a staggered overdose would risk damaging your health further, but not killing you. How do you feel about going to hospital or whatever/ seeking medical help? Then taking time to think through methods etc at a later point? Sending you a hug xx

Drug-induced hepatitis is not pleasant. Go to the hospital, they can reverse paravetamol poisoning with N-acetyl-cysteine.

Probably not permanent damage but it's hard to say with paracetamol, toxicity essentially becomes an issue to worry about at around 10g or 200 mg/kg taken at one time (or split into smaller doses over 8hrs or so). But even then damage can occur at lower doses, it's quite unpredictable.

I tried overdosing from paracetamol years ago. I took 10g and drank some alcohol and nothing happened. I only got a light headache for a few days and nausea. I think it really depends on the person. How tall you are, if you've eaten anything beforehand etc.

Paracetamol is an absurd method, extremely painful and it just takes you to becoming in sick mostly times.
There will be death cases using paracetamol, for sure, but nobody knows the huge pain that person passed through.

I wouldn't keep going with this method. It's only going to get harder, so you'll probably just injure yourself.

Can you go to the hospital to get looked at? You don't want to get admitted for a suicide attempt, but if it we're me, I would say that I got really drunk, and woke up with a really bad hangover, so I took a few paracetamol, but it didn't help, so I took a few more, which still didn't help, so I took a few more one last time, and now I have a headache and some abdominal pain and I'm worried that something's wrong.

Should get them to take a look at you and run some liver tests with out much of a risk of being committed for a suicide attempt.

Dude don't do a paracetamol OD. I saw this in nursing and as a paramedic. It's a fucked death. Truly fucked. Slow systemic organ failure is not a smooth ride
