paracetamol and alcohol

i prefer to keep this sort of thing quick,
i have a few pills of 665mg paracetamol with me, i'm aware of the liver damage possibilities, but i was just wondering if anyone has any experience with the mix of partial hanging, alot of alcohol and alot of paracetamol. will it help? will it make me sick? does it decrease pain and/or make me care less about it. thank you in advance

You don't have to mix alcohol and paracetamol with partial hanging. Overdose on those substances will never help you to get what you want but can cause discomfort, sickness, organ damages, failure of the partial hanging attempt. It's good to take moderate amount of alcohol only when you love to drink and are sure it will reduce your SI. Discard the paracetamol.
