I genuinely have no idea what brought this on but today was just a day where I woke up and felt incredibly off (more so than I am usually).
I have this huge urge to just down the rest of my sleeping pills and xanax just to end this horrible feeling of restlessness and despair.
I know that doing so in this state of mind is not ideal but I've been legit having a 5 hour long panic attack and I'm exhausted and just want it to stop.
I took 4x more Ativan then what was prescribed and it's done shit all.
Idk what to do, I feel like I'm suffocating in this body.

Ativan is quite useless. Maybe Clonazepam, or a light opiate, like Codeine, if there is no tolerance. Or even Lyrica. That makes just dull, I feel like a damn rock or a part of the furniture I'm sitting on, but it's still better than agony.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, I've also had incredibly terrible panic attacks so j can relate. I would suggest holding off on ctbing until It ends, both because you may change your mind after and because if you do it impulsively theres more room for failure. I hope that you're not suffering for much longer, and that if you choose tonctb its peaceful for you
