The easiest readily available, reliable method is long-drop hanging. Any sturdy tree branch will do. It takes a bit of courage, but then so do all suicide methods. If you can find sodium nitrite (SN), that is also a good option.

I hope that you find the freedom that you are searching for as I understand that it really can be so awful feeling so trapped in this cruel world. Sadly suicide isn't straightforward, if it was easy to gain access to peaceful methods that involve limited risks I would be long gone by this point but the problem is that we exist in such an anti suicide society where there is a lack of acceptance towards the right to die. As humans we certainly deserve the option to just pass away in peace, none of us should be forced to suffer endlessly.

Unfortunately SN is not always peaceful.
Some SN cases are painful, some cases are discomforting, some cases are peaceful. Everybody reacts different.
