Any tips for sleeping so long?
Same. Also having b12 defiency helps it makes you feel exhausted 24/7.I eat food which contain little to no nutrients and I barely get any fresh air. Reckon that contributes to my 12 hour sleep haha but not completely sure.
I am physically tired but the type that can't sleep due to anxiety.Same. Also having b12 defiency helps it makes you feel exhausted 24/7.
Amitriptyline helps as well. I can sleep up to 24 hours sometimes.

Yes ami makes you drowsy. Supposed to be for pain relief but doesn't take any of my pain away.I've never been in amitriptyline but it sounds similar to how lithium made me feel. I could barely keep my eyes open.
nah I have Netflix, Amazon prime and now tv. I do feel isolated but I'm recovering from a serious back stabbing from a whole bunch of people Who I depended on. Now I'm proper isolating myself so that I can learn to be emotionally independent. It's kind of liberating but sad at the same time.
Why the vaporub on the eyelids?Yup I sleep for most of the day, I get up to go pee and do a few chores but mostly sleep. Plus I use drugs to sleep... but I hate the feeling of oversleeping it makes my back ache. I put vicks vaporub on my eyelids and temples, and extra strength red balm (similar to tiger balm) on my back, feels amazing. I don't like the numb feeling from over sleeping. I sleep only on my back and don't move, I used to be normal and toss and turn, but since my health issues it's harder now. Sleep is my only refuge. I also wear a eye mask and noise canceling ear buds, it sucks now my ears are itchy and dry... fuck life just has to ruin the only thing good - sleep! My ears are blocked now but it's nice to get a break from sharp noises, I'm a highly sensitive person.
