Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi everyone,
After many years of abysmal mental health, I find myself regularly overreacting over the smallest problems and issues.

Something small like spilling a drink or not being able to find something I'm looking for often make me have mental breakdowns and cry for hours and think bad thoughts. In like a "the straw that broke the camel's back" way. Can anyone else relate?

I can relate to this. However, I recently discovered a hack. In moments of distress, take a deep breath and ask yourself, "Is this worth my energy?". Sometimes, taking a few moments to self-reflect can change the entire outcome of a situation.
