Overdosing

Would overdosing on odsmt, bromazolam and a TCA antidepressant work? Maybe add some alcohol to the mix. This would do the trick right?

Have you looked at specific LD50 numbers for your TCA?
Have you read the PPeH and what they say about TCAs?

I can only assume that an overdose of TCAs might give you serotonin syndrome (which is NOT fun).

Read a bit more before you make a rash decision that just leaves you vomiting and violently ill.

Serotonin syndrome doesn't sound fun. If you look at all the famous artists that overdosed it shouldn't be that difficult. As far as I understand it mostly happens when you mix opioids with benzos, or use pills laced with fentanyl. I have SN, but for the moment my survival instinct is too strong to outright use it. Making it look accidental may also be preferable.

The Peaceful Pill e Handbook discusses many different ways to CBT. It also covers overdoses (of all kinds). You can find a link to download a pirated copy here in the forums.

Not all TCAs are the same. The ones prescribed today are rarely fatal, just make you really sick.

Same with benzoes. The needed amount to CBT is hard to keep down without your body violently trying to get rid of it.

If you must, take a "break" and take a few to sleep for 24 hrs. But it's a waste of good benzoes to try and overdose on them.

Been there. Done that.
Wasn't fun. Didn't change much.

what is your planned route of administration for each substance? timeline (all at once, staggered)?

definitely add alcohol - automatically makes benzos more powerful

get an antiemetic if you can

i would recommend combining this with some other method such as asphyxiation - take all the substances and then put a bag over your head

also look into your TCA effects and interactions with the other substances. yes, every individual cross-interaction. likely you may only need a regular dose to amplify the effects of the others - this was the case for several of my medications - although they were useless to overdose on themselves and would only cause unpleasant nonlethal symptoms as well as serotonin syndrome

ODSMT is weak. It will probably not cause an overdose by itself.

I did the SN method but was stupid enough to abandon halfway, probably because of the amount of benzos I took. Was found with blue lips and rushed to the hospital, where after 2 days I woke up again. So my advice would be go all or nothing, or you end up in a psych ward.
