Overdose of zapain and sertraline

I've read that overdoses in zapain can work and I have 80 30mg/500mg pills. If I combined these with 126 100mg sertraline z and vodka would it work? I know overdoses usually don't but I was just wondering for this amount if it would. I have overdosed before and it's horrible I just feel out of options.

Hi, I'm really sorry that your suffering so much atm, to consider this, but no.. I really don't think it would be fatal. zapain / cocodamol is a European version of Tylenol w/ codeine #3. Except its got more Tylenol (acetaminophen aka paracetamol).-500mg per tab.. T3's have 300mg. But anyhow. the max daily dose of Tylenol was 4,000mg per day. in 2008 a study reviled it was actually a dangerously high dose and had been responsible for many mysterious medical cases. so it was lowered to 2,000mg/day.. Overdosing on that much Tylenol (paracetamol) is more dangerous Imo than the codeine. Its really unpleasant to overdose on, and it really does a number to the liver. However, you can extract the codeine using cold water (look up CWE/cold water extraction), but even when u have pure codeine, I wouldn't mix it with so much Zoloft. its Imo not fatal and could be risky in other way, like possible perm. damages or hospitalization

Even if you were able to extract the codeine from the paracetamol, codeine is an extremely weak opioid. Only a 1/10th of the strength of morphine, and morphine itself isn't that strong of an opioid. To give you an idea of how much codeine you might need, the 5-drug mix from the PPeH consists 15g of morphine (and that's not including the other 4 drugs, 1 of which is barbiturate). If you were to try CTBing on morphine alone, you'd likely need more than 15g, probably 25g. Which would mean you would need 250g of codeine for any good chance of CTBing.

Thank you! Yeah I really didn't think it would be enough to at all, I've heard it's rather to overdose badly enough on any of those to cause death. It was more just a last option haha but I won't try it, overdoses are horrible. Thank you again for responding.

Thank you for your response! Yeah I didn't think it would be possible to cause death really, just permanent damage to the body, it was just a last hope haha. Paracetamol is horrible to overdose on, I still struggle to take those pills! I've heard Zoloft is more likely to cause serotonin syndrome than death to so I guess that's not a good idea either!
