What should I mix with ativan for overdose. don't have opioids

ODs with benzos alone may not work, failure risks are too high imo. I consider opioids here necessary to increase the chances. There's nothing worse but a failure with organ/brain damage.

Ativan (Lorazepam) is a fast (1-2 hours), intermediate-acting benzodiazepine.
A benzo overdose usually doesn´t work. There are reported cases of death after taking a combo of Diazepam or Lorazepam with opiods. Death is caused by respiratory depression and coma. In case of failure permanent brain damage is possible and even very likely !

Sertraline is not recommended. No toxic effects have been observed even in 160-fold overdose.
Rather resort to tricyclic antidepressants!

Sertraline is dumb as well, you can easily find this stuff out on Google before you come here.
