I feel like everything is going wrong for me and life is pointing me towards ctb. I'm down to my last $75 in my bank account with bills piling up. Not sure how to proceed.

I am sorry you are so far away and I do not like to leave my home, I would rather have a free therapy session with you than any psych I've ever met.
