I don't understand much but but the second table says 99.0, It should be fine right?

I'm just scared reading some people got nitrate or the purity wasn't high enough.

As far as I can see, it looks ok. The chemical formula is NaNO2.

You should do a blood test before you use it. But don´t leave it exposed to oxygen for too long when you open it.

Blood test is useless. Do the aquarium one, unless you bought it from a large lab supplier in the US or EU then it would be a valid one. Still, test it before head.
