Help Optimal way for stabbing myself/postioning for train method?

Yes, I get this is painful. Yes I have viewed other methods, no I cannot use them as I live in Europe.

Is there a place I should stab in particular to die faster? I imagine stabbing myself in the heart is slow, but if I stab myself in the brain would it be faster?

As for the train method, what would be the ideal positioning? I thought of lying face up with my neck on a track, but it's not that easy, is it?

Please just give me a working method...

You can't reliably stab yourself in the brain.

Please don't ruin the life of a train driver and the passengers. There's no need to actively involve people in the act. There are a lot of other methods that don't make people feel like they're responsible for your death.
