I still don't have SN, ordered though. I don't think I will be able to get anything else, so it's just SN in water, 20g. What can I do to make it easier? I'm guessing I'll have a 2nd bottle of 20g in water and a bucket for throwing up the initial dose, since puking is common.

I'm staying away from Meto myself, that stuff is way too risky to take.
Maybe Meclizine for an antiemetic, not the best, but it's over the counter and maybe it would help… I dunno. No harm in taking some over the counter pain relief like Ibuprofen either. Do some research as to when to take them and how much following Stan's guide. That's about all I can think of… I'm not the best source for advice mind you. Hopefully others will chime in to help better than I can.If people have SN sources in Europe, please PM me. I did order from one place, but I don't know if it's legit.
