I've been struggling with mental health for as long as I can remember. I honestly can't think back to a memory where I wasn't struggling. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with BPD. Life was a bore and when it wasn't, it was pure chaos. School drained me. I was in and out of trouble, even getting in trouble with the police every now and then. My family didn't understand me and my school mates alienated me. But after being a drop out for two years, I decided to go to an alternative school. I found people just like me. I got my high school diploma and went straight to college. And here I am, almost done with education completely when I thought it would be impossible. Along with school, I'm working part time. I'm glad I've made it this far. I'm content, and I guess this is just the start of my journey to healing. I don't really know the purpose of this post, I guess I just wanted to say good luck to everyone else on the same path. I'll post this to look back on I guess, so I can take my own advice. "She said she can, so she did." Good luck!
