Hi all.
I have spent a lot of time thinking of a way to deliver my letters to my children after I'm gone.
They're too young to understand why dad's gone and they can't possibly understand why I ended my life for many years still. For now I'm planning to just have a last perfect day with them and kiss them goodbye before I leave.
The solution I think I've landed on is buying and prepaying a few domains searchable in theirs and my name with my letters password protected by a password they'll know. Possibly there's even a script or something that can count down to a password tip to be revealed when they're a certain age.
I just want to make sure they know I loved them and that it's not their fault I left and I think their old man has a few pearls of wisdom I can pass on.
There's nothing in my letters I'm afraid any hackers or whatever would gain access to so security as such is not a concern. The only concern is that I can't leave it in a bank box or anything that'll be accessible by the mother as their guardian. I expect she'll be very busy either making them forget me or badmouthing me untill the children start believing it. A love letter from me to our children would likely be buried by her.
