in pph it's rated 7 out of 10 in peacefulnes scale. you'll have some nausea, throat, stomach and head pain. you should in theory fall unconcious within 15 minutes, in some case longer, so you'll only feel that way for a short time. some pain can probably be prevented with painkillers

Just read the stickies/mega threads/ the stuff that's posted. Other than that, just try it yourself if you wanna ctb. Since we all know it kills when the guides are followed correctly. If not, all you can do it try a different method
