Always an experience since they often don't act normally, I mean, I'm not normal so that's no surprise.
I just need to get some rest when I'm sleeping. Most sleeping aids do not work on me, I sleep fine but am so active I don't get much rest. We made one change that took care of most of my suicidal ideation but it brought about an odd reaction where my hallucinations have invaded my sleep. I'm lucky though, my general physician has taken it upon himself to learn how to handle my issues.
