Obtaining a firearm

I have n MJ card so I'm not able to legally purchase one. How else can I buy one in PA?

I don´t know what those shortenings mean but if you live in the US there is this loophole where you can purchase what is called an 80% finished gun you just need to drill a few holes that are already market and you can get an AR-15 ammunition I would assume would be easy to get in the states even if you aren´t allowed to own a firearm.
