I am so obsessed with sleep, that it lead to my ambien addiction, and my now xanax addiction...what does everyone take for sleep/ the fact that I am now totally suicidal because of these sleep meds, and going on and off of them is killing me!

I am obsessed with what to take to sleep 8 hours and how to CTB...I spend 24 hours a day googling both.

I take olanzapine basically to calm me the fuck down now lol. I prolly shouldn't have been prescribed it. It knocks me out at night so I can sleep. It's an atypical antipsychotic. Definitely make you sleep, and could help with mood. Put weight on me like a mother fucker though. I'm only recommending this because you're desperate.

I have been put on seroquel, mirtazapine, etc...hate them all..they make me so hungry, but I can't eat until I take a whole xanax. It's torture! I have ruined my throat muscles and stomah with drugs. I wait until I take a whole xanax, then eat everything in the house....I don't eat for 24 hours untill I take it,,,it's why I want to CTB

Me too! I have this thing where if I wake up for one second, I take another pill to instantly go back to sleep. Took 20 ambien a night for like 15 years...was fine..then started getting sicker and sicker....interdose withdrwals...went off cold turkey! Then back on them 100 times...now on xanax, valium, ambien....run around my house in circles all day until I take something to crash. I hate my life!!

tried just taking one a night for months....slept one hour...then had to work, etc. First time I tried to CTB

I literally can't stop pacing and going on internet, or eat until I take a pill. Can't even watch tv...it's awful!

I have NEVER been able to sleep without a pill! Have you? docs keep saying if I taper, I'll go back to sleeping normally again...I have never slept...since I was like 9 YRS old

i have no trouble falling asleep but i wake up no exaggeration like every hour and its so annoying, never feel like i have slept dark circles under my eyes pills dont work either tried zopiclone & clonazepam :(
