OBITUARY NOTICE

This is the announcement of our beautiful soul @Willto's departure. She took her own life successfully and peacefully on Wednesday December 7th, 2022, round about 11 am, after several failed or aborted attempts.
She asked me to assist her in her final moments, and to share with you the essentials of her three days plan, as she believed a successful ctb plan may be useful for all.
I am sad of losing a precious friend, proud and happy to have accompanied her to her long time goal.

Medication and Dose

Day 1 (Monday):
09:00 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
16:00 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
24:00 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide

Day 2 (Tuesday):
Between 08:00 and 23:00 4 X 10mg Metoclopramide (40 mg)
Last meal

Day 3 (Wednesday):
10:00 3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30 mg)
Shower, last cigarette.
Final conversation. A bit nervous but peaceful. Some last minute questions and fears.
Preparing SN, 2 glasses (25g in 50cc water)
No Valium, no straw.
10:53 drink glass 1 swiftly («Not so bad»)
Lying immediately on her right side.
Dizzy, heart racing, sleepy.
Brief goodbye (texting)
No vomiting, glass 2 not necessary.
10:59 Lost responsiveness (last word: «Nausea»)
ca. 11:45 Death.

The last event (death) most probably happened according to schedule (no witness physically present)
I will not provide any additional detail.
I was not physically present at the scene.
I don't know the location where it happened.
I don't know the exact identity of the deceased person.

We lose a friend, but she lost her pain. Perhaps that is in our futures. Love and peace to all here.

She also expressed her intention to ask forum admins to cancel her SS account two days after her last interaction. Don't know if she actually did so.
I guess admins know what to do.

Rest in peace. I envy those who manage to set themselves free from this hellish world so much. They are now free from everything that caused them to suffer and that is the best thing possible. Those who died peacefully are especially lucky.

Thanks so much for sharing. I hope she is at peace now. It's always selfishly sad to see people go but I'm so happy for them at the same time. They have achieved freedom from this world and their suffering.

yea potentially. can only hope it worked out for her and she's at her peace

I think you can set your own account to deactivate on a certain date instead of having the admins do it. I could be mistaken though. I was going to look and see if I can do that for mine after this weekend.
