Discussion Now that I know in detail how to get N here in Lima, I have an idea to send it to other countries

About the title, I learned how to obtain N legally in this country, we are talking about 25 dollars per bottle which is quite accessible for many people, what I would like to try is to send it to other countries like the USA or Europe since we have an idea to achieve this goal, I will not say what it is about to avoid risks but if I achieve it, I will tell you how the result was.
