Hey all, unfortunately still here and suffering. This may sound silly but I noticed that while laying down with my elbow under my jaw and against my ear, I felt short of breath and passing out rather quickly. I assume I was pressing down on my carotid unintentionally. So I guess the question is if there is steady pressure applied to that spot, shouldn't that make CTB rather easy? The problem is the body will fight back when it realises something is wrong.
I've almost died in my sleep due to Central Sleep Apnea, but have woken up gasping for air. If that "need" was bypassed, I assume it would be peaceful.
