Help Nothing to suspend from for partial or full hanging

I have privacy in my room only and hanging is the only method for me. Ive ligature rope etc but nothing to suspend from in my room. There are no fans no knobs no rods.

Is there anything i can purchase that can be attatched or installed to the walls or something?

I thought of pull up bar but then theres already a bunch of bars in our house but i cant hang there cuz no privacy.
