This is the second time I have quit the same company due to sexual harassment & not being taken seriously.

This time, my boss of 3 months (known him for like 10 yrs) has not stopped touching me. Any man unconsciously touching me, I have major issues with. I told him touching me makes me uncomfortable and to stop. Did he? No. So I told his boss. His boss came back later and said "I talked to your boss. He is going to work on it. Lmk if it happens again."

My issues:
* why is my boss expected to not work on touching me? The second I said do not touch 'me, it never should have happened again.
*why is my boss expected to "work on" not touching me. Excuse me?

So I put in my 2 weeks notice. Lowkey prolly not gonna make it the 2 weeks before CTB.

Do I leave them a note explaining how flawed this is? The company is? This is a very big company. I would imagine HR would take this seriously. Maybe it'll get to someone who isn't a 50 year old white man. I know one boss who has issues with like ten girls. He still works here.. none of them do.

This is going to keep happening. It's not going to stop. I'm not going to be around to have to deal with it anymore, but what about all of the young teenage girls in this company? Who is going to protect them?

Where is the accountability?

By "note" I mean a delayed email sent to HR & a few big people in the company

I don't know why you would send delayed email to HR, but you should definitely reach out to HR. If you have enough evidence (picture, video, written communication, voice record), you could take it to the police as well.

Also the news media would love it if it's a big company.

Delayed so I don't have to deal with the consequences if it blows up or doesn't go in my favor

im sorry about what you're experiencing, what your boss did as well as how your concerns were dismissed wasn't acceptable. if its a big, serious company the HR/management should def do something. if they don't i second what others have mentioned about going to news media and getting a lawyer. you can also start collecting evidence in case you need it in the future. stay strong

did nobody see the part about CTBing before my notice is even up? I don't have the time or energy to go to the media or get a lawyer.
