I agree, life seems very random and unfair since many things are determined by chance and luck. Sometimes you can work hard but have bad luck which ruins everything. I think many people on this forum can relate to your struggles to a certain extent since many of us have also had bad luck ruin our lives when we did nothing wrong to deserve it. I hope your struggles eventually get better, or that you eventually find peace in some way

Maybe I'm understanding what you mean be "Not Know Self" as time passes.
Increasingly feeling this "person" I am is only a... Character sheet in the grand scheme of things. Yeah, what a weird thing to say, but it's the amount of disconnect /w an RPG PC that's fully-customized like in very open-ended rpg games, or I guess cdda; except that level of distance is always irl /w everything.

Unlikely it's what you're experiencing @all, but it makes sense to compare cases of disassociation to get a better understanding, no?
