I think I don't have enough testosterone,, because when working out I make very slow progress, my strength only slowly increased, and my muscles too.
Now maybe that's normal because it's. Only like 3 months at max since I started regularly working out.

But I'm not sure how normal it is that I still can't do much push-ups and only like 2 pull ups, and a bit more Australian pull ups.

The amount I can do didnt increase that much over 3 months.

Could it be low t,, and would I even get legally trt of it would be too low?

Also im often chronically tired.

How normal is it to barely get stronger in 3 months, when you were extremely sedentary before?

With all of the terrible foods processed garbage brother I wouldn't doubt if most men today have low T.

I try to avoid such foods most of the time.

dont be afraid to eat lots of animal foods to increase your testosterone and balance your hormones. also sounds like you are low iron (tired all the time) you could probably benefit a lot from red meat and liver

Yes and no, I already eat a lot of meat so too much is bad too.

Id say to go see a doctor about your hormone levels and get advice from them on what to do..

Are you taking any weight gain supplements like those powders? Soy is bad stuff regardless of what the marketing says. It can artificially raise estrogen levels is my understanding but do your own research obviously. Also vitamins from the stores are mostly low quality as well- especially the one a day types. Iron overload is also fairly common in men these days. Copper helps to regulate iron but naturally most of us are low in that. There is a specific test for accurately testing iron levels but I'll have to look it up. Dr Mercola recommends donating blood to help lower iron. Getting blood work probably would help but if you're young your T probably isn't low

The biggest indicator of the T level is sex drive.

By the way why are you posting about your bodybuilding progress in the Suicide Section? Shouldn't this be in Off Topic or even in the Recovery Section?

def do your own research, the phytoestrogeons in soy is called that because it... looks like estrogeon... it doesn't actually raise it, it's a different chemical. eat all the soy you like.

Testosterone actually increases as you work out. Another way to naturally increase it is proper sleep (7-8 hours a night), up your protein intake, and (if possible) get as much vitamin D as you can. This is actually pretty normal, what you're experiencing.
