Noise from N ingestion?

I have to take my N at home while my parents are asleep. I am basically a prisoner in my own home with constant observation due to two previous attempts and many hospitalizations. I'm just wondering if there will be any convulsions or the like that will cause an alarming amount of noise during the 12ish hours my parents let me sleep on the weekends?

I actually had to walk past my dad with the package. He asked me what it was and I said "a gaming mouse I bought off of ebay." I'm suprised he didn't ask to see if that was actually inside. I quickly brought it to my room and stashed it in the hollow portion of my guitar amp.
