I'm terrible with words too @ScaredCutter, I get how you feel (it takes me forever to even make posts and comments on here). I'm proud of you for trying to recover and get help. I personally don't have BPD as far as I know but that doesn't mean I can't sympathize (I heard it's a bitch so I'm so fucking sorry you're going through that) I don't think you're "moody" or whatever the hell you're being told, people are allowed to have strong emotions and feel what they need to feel if they don't want to/can't bottle it up.
Articulating words when you're going through something isn't easy so don't beat yourself up for it. (Also fuck youtubeslopshits like Turkish Tom for making you feel the need to hide your vent

I'll be disappointed if they're not family in the game/anime as well.
And it's probably for the better you're hiding the post. Times are rough with all the sensationalist content creators.

And finally to answer the post itself... Mood swings happen with BPD, but "moody" is such a reductive, invalidating label, saying it like it's just a negative trait of personality you need to work on. Not cool to hear when it's something impairing and beyond your control.
Physical notes might not be the best way of journaling for ya if you're worried about privacy. You could give notepad apps a try, even if it means typing in a scattered, messy way, using keywords, bullet points, describing with a single word how you felt at a certain moment. At least they can always be edited or discarded. Or a voice recorder, maybe that would be easier.
The losing yourself thing, I get it, for me it feels like a given at this point.

luckily, families do all get interactions with eachother, sometimes ones on the same farm fo as well!! all mejiros talk to eachother, symboli rudolf tokai teio and erm, the other one do too! neo universe , iforgot this name but its pisa and sound of esrths as well! daiwa scarltet and agnes tachyon, maruzensky anf sakura chiyono, tamino gimley and vodka and plenty of others!!
