There's so much out there about 'get help, you're worth it!' but at least in the US actual mental healthcare is so hard to figure out and actually get support from.
Doesn't it feel like when we try so hard to get help and be well, the entire world stands in our way with every obstacle possible? Then we throw in the towel and say screw it? After we croak then all of those idiots come out of the woodwork saying, "Why didn't he or she get help?"
