The only way my body sees it working is by dehydrating. I don't have the guts to push

Nightmares, fear and panic haunt me

Intentionally dehydrating sounds difficult and terrifying. I too am afflicted with nightmares and panic. To me, a passive method that I can undergo while unconscious feels easiest. Shit load of benzos, pass out, die in the snow/cloud of co/let the sn hit.

There is never fear when you're on a shitload of benzos. Only warmth.

It's so horrible how people cannot leave this world in peace in a guaranteed way and have to resort to methods like this in the first place, dehydration sounds like a tortuous way to try and die. But anyway it must be so dreadful what you have to endure, I wish you the best.

Dehydration is extremely painful and is not a fast method by any means. It's too bad we don't come equipped with a self destruct feature. It is so difficult and stressful trying to find a good way out. I hope you can find some peace, best of luck
