No antiemetic need to ctb sooner

I'm thinking I may ctb sooner than expected.
I have SN, propranolol and morphine.
I can't get an antiemetic.
I have 10 25mg quetiapine tablets from an old subscription.

Will these work ?
And what is the best antacid to take ?

Most people dont take anti acid anymore.

I bought anti emetic from amazon , gaviscon or something like that, its better than nothing.

It is an antacid.
