Looking to try the night night method tomorrow. Will a normal belt and socks be enough?

Heard a scarf can work but i dont know enough about the method to really say so a belt I'd imagine would work fine

Youll have to test it out. Dont forget that there is a risk with NN of brain damage so u should be sure u can do it b4 committing. So test first if u can actually pass out…
