I don't understand how this works, so do i get a belt or something then wrap it around my neck and wait till i pass out? I saw something about towels or pillows, how do i put pillows/towel on my neck. Could someone explain in detail to me what this method consists of? Diagrams are appreciated, as well as any high quality img/vids. Cheers!

I read the entire Mega-Thread. It is entirely feasible and possible, yet difficult for most to get it right. As finding the carotids and applying the right amount of pressure without cutting off the windpipe tends to be difficult. I know because I attempted and failed, yesterday.
