I plan to go within the next few weeks.
Chosen method is SN. Just waiting on the antiemetics to arrive - hopefully they make it through customs.
Don't have access to benzos or heavy duty painkillers so will probably dose up heavily on something codeine based 30 minutes before the SN, then the antiemetic and then it's lights out.
I'm used to dosing up on codeine and like the slight euphoria it can give.
