Help New SN Plan. Review?

Day 1: FAST BEGINS HERE

08:00am 1 X 10mg Domperidone
01:00pm 1 X 10mg Domperidone eat toast/banana
06:00pm 1 X 10mg Domperidone

Day 2:

08:00am 1 X 10mg Domperidone
01:00pm 1 X 10mg Domperidone eat toast/banana
03:00pm DRY FAST Begins
07:00pm 1000mg of paracetamol
07:15pm 3 X 10mg Domperidone (30mg in total) and 2x40 mg propranolol
08:00pm SN Drink 25mg + 8x40mg propranolol mixed 25mg without propranolol

hi. uh, i don't think it's necessary for you to fast that long. if i remember correctly, stan's guide said that you can just fast for about 8 hours and to stop drinking anything 2 hours prior the SN drink. but overall, your plan is looking pretty solid. i hope you find the peace that you deserve. wishing you the best of luck as well!

Not misleading trying to compile what I know and what is our there. Stan himself fasted for around 20+ hours if I remember or someone did but it doesn't matter and why I think they believed it is better to fast for 8 hours is acid isn't going to help if they even suggested antacids at a time it means if you are fasting for longer then there is going to be more acid so you just need to fast long enough to not have anything in your stomach so you are less likely to throw up and stan said it is different for everyone so it depends on your metabolism so if you feel hungry after 4 hours then that's enough according to stan and they just suggested 8 for this reason as it's enough to flush everything out and keep the acid minimum.

I removed it sorry actually what you decided maybe confirmed by others and stan fasted for atleast 5 hrs I checked the thread again for you but that's what is written here in a thread and I wasn't here when it took place so this info is from the thread just wanted to correct myself and make sure rest of the info is in guide and you're welcome
