I'm not even ordering anything. But I sure do get nervous whenever I see cops, or a cop. Even if they're just at my workplace buying something or they're at the petrol station when I have to be.

No nobody's following me, this isn't that kind of conspiracy thread.

I'm just saying, am I the only one of "us" here who gets nervous nowadays when the Po-Po around or near you?

More than in general I mean, not just that we all know you've got that overdue parking ticket our something, general fear of cops.

I'm talking more since you joined this site. You'd never want them prying through your phone or web history to find this site surely, you feel me now friends, an awkward 'haha' to end off on.

Because in my head, I sure do, but I try to remain calm and just tell myself "well, nothing I can do if worse comes to worse."

We all know the score and the risks we take. If I can say 'we' and generalise, fellow users and friends.

This is definitely me. Especially once I received my order.
I am generally a bit of a nervous wreck most times though:mmm:

When I'm particularly low and at train stations it feels like every member of staff/authority there is watching me because they 'know' that I'm thinking about jumping

Never had problems with police and most of them seem like ok people who just do their job. If you get in conflict with the law, your best bet is to coorporate with them

I always get nervous around the police because I'm scared they will see into my mind and know what I'm planning.

When I'm particularly low and at train stations it feels like every member of staff/authority there is watching me because they 'know' that I'm thinking about jumping

There was this time when I was thinking of shooting a short film at a train station, and my character was supposed to be walking next to the tracks and a train whizzing by was supposed to make him contemplate suicide. We were waiting for a train to whiz by, and when one did, I wondered why I didn't actually jump. My life wasn't going to end up any different from the character I was playing, so what was I waiting for? By the time I'd finished thinking this, the train was gone, and we were moving onto the next shot.

Sorry for diverging from the topic. For some slight relevance, there was nobody who could have stopped me. Hell, there weren't any station officials there.

I'm starting to feel calmer. Maybe it's because I'm losing hope so then I figure I've nothing to worry about, just another law-abiding working class man. Nothing to see here, I tell myself.
But then, who knows where I'm heading. Things change so fast.

Does your country have random police pull overs/interceptions in a vehicle, walking, public transport, etc? Mine mostly does. Pretty draconian aye? Good Ol' Australia.

Sigh. Deep, deep sigh. It's not as beautiful as it looks, this country of mine. It's way too strict and not even on the things it should be strict on. F. (Insert annoyed face with my profanity).

I was walking to Walmart kind of late at night and an officer stopped me to ask if I knew anything about someone (some dumbass kid probably) ringing people's doorbells and then running away, as if he thought I was the one doing it.

Honestly I was more annoyed than anything and was going to say if I was that type of person to do shit just to piss people off at 3 AM I would've done much worse than ringing their doorbells, but of course it's usually better to just keep your smartass mouth shut in those situations.

YES so much yes, seeing police across the road after reading about a member here who passes or after discussing my methods intensely. Its irrational but a little spark of fear definitely enters my mind. I had experience with them in the past so maybe its partly that too.

Yes if they do approach me because I never know what they would want. I often fear they would try to sneak their way into my private life or start probing me for other shit, leading down to other things (even if I done nothing wrong or suspicious). Never underestimate the police's interrogation tactics, even if they try to appear friendly at first contact. I just get this apprehensive feel whenever I interact with one (or anyone that I know has the power to take away my freedom on a whim).

lol being nervous around cops is nothing new for me. I have an internal radar for cops. As soon as I see a cop car I'm like, "Shit, cops!"

Not nervous around police at all. They're just people doing their jobs and some are a bit mental or trigger happy. I don't fear authority.

I'm nervous what the cops'll do after I ctb. I don't like the idea of random people combing through my life and making their little judgments. I haven't really done anything super illegal though.
