Do you think it is possible that I got a nerve damage from fixing my hands with cable ties together? I tried this in preparation for my hanging, to ensure not to reach the noose. But it was only a try run it took long to cut them with the prepared tool and now I do not feel my right thumb. Could this be a serious nerve damage?

well with nerve damage you cant do nothing about it but wait for it to heal
so if it dosent get better overtime then shits fucked
i think itll heal serious damage is when it gets cut
you feel numb for now but itll get better

I've had problems with carpel tunnel syndrome... Nerves can heal (at least to some extent) and you need to give it some time... weeks to months (before you can evaluate if you've had any permanent damage). Stretching can also help as well as completely stopping repetitive movements (if they have any part in causing the problems).
