Does anyone know if a Nembutal suicide appears as a natural death to doctors and during an autopsy?

No. If there is no obvious cause for your death then a full post mortem will be done plus tissue samples/blood tests.
It will show up.

It WILL show up conclusively when an autopsy and tissue samples/blood tests are done, implying cause of death as suicide?

It shows up on toxicology tests. The nitrogen method doesn't show on toxicology tests at all however the bottle and the bag is a giveaway. You'd have to think of a way the equipment could be removed from scene post death.

Gotcha. I was hoping it would be undetectable and considered a "natural" death, and in that case I wouldn't leave a note. Thanks for the response :)

If you have roommates / family or anyone living with you, consider that they will be possibly suspected of murder if you're found dead without any evident cause.
