What kind should you use? I didn't realize there were so many different kinds.
I had to lie and say it was for vitamin b. Because I didn't know what to say. I think they're to big for IV. She gave me ones for intramuscular.
I think I need the insulin ones. But I don't have diabetes so I don't know what to say.

What method are you using them for?

I'll use heroin or other opiates when needed.

I believe 29-31 gauge 1/2 inch 1ml are the most common for IV drugs. Insulin needles are often around this size.

Here in Canada, my mum can go in and say she's getting insulin for her daughter/son and they don't ask questions. I even go in and get them and I'm a diabetic and they just say "for diabetes?" and I tell them yes. Dunno how it'd be there for you, though.. But syringes are surprisingly easy to obtain here.

In rhe U.K you could try asking for needles at the chemist. They issue them for drug users, free of charge I obtained needles this way once. No questions asked
This was when I planned injecting myself with air a few years back, without knowing what an effing big needle you'd actually require for that.

I'm also from Canada. I don't think I approached the situation right. I was expecting the lady to insulin. But there were different types and did not what to say.

Blue light might be of interest.
The length of the needle would indicate IM, but the gauge is fine for IV, though 29+ will leave smaller holes.
