I tried that and wouldn't advise it.
Usually you will go blackout before going unconscious. While you are blackout you will do crazy stuff that you won't remember the next day and probably run away from the place and wake up entirely somewhere else...
I am sorry you are thinking about CTB but take some time on this forum and read about other methods before doing anything.

Sorry but I have tried and failed once and don't intend to fail again I have read many discussions on here and have decided I am ready to try again so I am just looking for a way to succeed

Agree, unlikely to work. However, my best friend died in a similar way and she wasn't even trying to ctb! Strange world.

benzos were made so people won't OD on them...it's impossible to OD on them because if you pump the dose too much you will just vomit..so the only way of dying is probably from vomiting and suffocating on it it happened to me but sadly I was unfortunate and lying on my side.

Depends on your tolerance level for both alcohol and benzos. Plus if you do it outside in the cold, it speeds up hypothermia.

I was only going to take enough to make sure I am asleep rather than od on them 5mg of lorazepam the booze for one last drink and then get myself in place for the sea to do the rest just cannot take anymore of the mess I have made this year

Other way round. My best friend had a very high tolerance to alcohol and benzos, meaning she could consume a massive amount without vomiting, plus the cold.

I don't mean to be rude but there are advantages and downsides to each method, it's complicated and we aren't going to tell you what to do. It's your choice. Yes I agree with the comment above mine. The act of dying is final. It should never be rushed, because once we die we will be dead for a long time anyways. Might aswel put the last of our time in to preparing correctly. But listening to your method I can't imagine it working, but I don't know much about OD, it wouldn't be my chosen method, anyways, all the best to you

yes it wiIl be final I just do not want to fail this time I am going a long way from home to do this so once I go there is no turning back so I need to get it right I am not going to od just enough to not wake up and hopefully the cold and water will do the rest
