Need methods

I ran out of sleeping pills, i don't have rubber bands, my method is fucked so please tell me the cheapest method with a plastic bag.

Don´t do this, is really slow and you will die in agony (but only if you fix your hands that you are not able to pull the bag from your head in agony)

I suggest you take some time in order to get a better method and plan or check the partial hanging thread here on this forum. There's lot of info and you can even use a necktie.

I cannot recommend a plastic bag - too much can go wrong and its not very lethal and reliable. Depending on where you live either N, SN or partial suspension are the most reliable ways to go.
