wrists to ctb but i need help with a few things:
1st: i dont have any blades or knifes to cut me, does anyone can help me find anything to slit my wrists?
2nd:i dont know how and where to cut, so if anyone could give me advice about that
3rd: i cant put myself in water, it is a must to be in the shower to die?
Like other members already stated, very unreliable method. I have experience with it, however, here I am regardless, just two more scars in this body of mine that calls other's attentions to the fact I did try to kill myself whenever it's summer time and they look at my arm (or thigh if context applies). Nevertheless, I will answer you.
A pencil sharpener's blade is good enough, and a razor blade is also good enough, actually, I find it easier to cut with those than knives or scissors. Other than that... Any kind of blade that is sharp enough, really.
Usually, people will do so close to their wrists, thighs or below the stomach (it's actually more crotch than anything, you'd want to catch the femoral artery, if unsure, google tells you exactly where it is). Any one of these spots would require you to cut deep enough to severe the arteries that go in there. The vertical cuts are used in hopes to prevent someone to help you (cause if you cut it vertically, there is less probability a doctor can connect it back, than if you do it horizontally). The severe pain some imply it has, is very debatable to one's tolerance for pain, adrenaline kicking in, amongst other things - but femoral artery will be one hell of a pain, that I can be sure is the common rule.
Water isn't mandatory, but warm water allows the blood flow to continue, as someone else stated already (don't follow the usual TV show bathtub on ice. Ice is there to prevent the person from feeling pain, however, it is stupid as ice will make your blood vessels constrict, and therefore diminish the bleeding).
I can't stress enough how this method is unreliable. But it is still your choice.
You have a thread about suffocation
here. And if you are like me,
this might interest you.
poison myself with cleaning liquids or deodorant
Are they reliable?
I can't answer this with 100% certainty, but everything I read so far advices against cleaning products for their unreliability and high risk of just leaving you disabled in different ways, so... I suppose I will just say no, based on that.
Hope this helps, wish you the best, and remember you only CTB when you want, and if you haven't tried to get help yet from someone else, at least think of giving it a try
