Need Help with Ecstacy

Is it possible for me to overdose from alot of ecstacy tablets? like 20 - 30 somewhere inbetween that, I personally want to go with the hanging method but i got kicked out of my flat so i have nowhere to do it and i cant purchase the rope cus it will be found
as long as i get a decent OTC antiemetic for them
