Need help (tijuana, san diego, riverside, and orange county area)

I can't live because of social anixety, I can't get help because every psychiatrist is booked and I can't stand living like this anymore, and I can't die because society makes it to hard. I also live with an abusive and toxic woman. My best chance is to become homeless at this point anyone know where I can go? I somewhere in the places listed in the title.

You could rent a cheap apartment in TJ for around $300USD per month, a bit cheaper even if you go a farther south, Rosarita Beach or Ensenada.
